At Everdion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose your preferred pickup date through our courier partner link or drop off the package at any authorized shipping location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
